My strength work-out has been shaken up – and includes a plank (to exhaustion). Lisa Longman (CTG CSA) said her best plank time is 1 minute – and challenged me to beat it. What’s your best plank time – post in the comments! 🙂

Today, during my strength workout, I completed two 1:30 planks.
I just did a 1 minute and 30 sec. plank and felt like my deltoids were about to explode…… not fun!!
